With the Lakers beating the Celtics for the NBA championship in a series no one seemed that interested in, the one consistently captivating thing was the insanity that is Ron Artest. From getting Craig Sager to shout out the Queensbridge Pojects to going on talk shows in his boxers to thanking his psychiatrist post game, the dude continues to be the poster child for athletes that have prolly smoked joints dipped in formaldehyde. Seriously, tell me that dude isn’t familiar with the smell of weed and angel dust, word to Sherman Hemsley.

Let’s take a second to be inspired by the rejection of conformity that is Ron and embrace the part in all of us that wants to start riots and act like an asshole yet still wins. Maybe we’d all be better served from time to time to step outside the norm and just wild out. The soundtrack to being as Artest as you can, is the iconoclastic, nihilistic and explosive ’05 crunk classic song by 4ize Ron Artest. Download this joint and go start a fight in the stands.

1 Figuratively of course, you don’t want to catch a case on a Friday night you’ll be locked up till Monday. That’s not the look.
